I'm Jessica Velez-Benito. Entrepreneur, author, transformational speaker, and business coach committed to helping leaders turn clarity into confidence and purpose into profit.
As the founder of Success Is Your Reward and creator of the Hustle with Heart coaching philosophy, I build programs, communities, and content that empower entrepreneurs, network marketers, and purpose-driven professionals to grow aligned, sustainable businesses rooted in identity, faith, and long-term vision.
My work is shaped by lived experience, resilience, and reinvention. From becoming a mother as a teenager to rebuilding my life and career through loss, illness, and major transitions, I've learned that transformation begins when we tell the truth about who we are and who we're becoming.
